The masks in the capital’s public transport will be mandatory from Monday, July 25. The measure is from an altered order, issued by the director of Sofia’s Regional Health Inspectorate, Dr. Dancho Penchev.
The measure does not count for children under the age of 6. From July 19, masks are mandatory in all hospitals, health institutions, laboratories, pharmacies, optics stores, drug stores and social service institutions in Sofia.
The 14 day infection rate in the city for today is 349 infected per 100 000 people.
