Bulgaria’s Parliament on November 30 rejected the declaration proposed by "We Continue the Change", which demanded that the caretaker government submit a draft budget for 2023.
Out of 212 votes, 85 were in favour, 126 against and 1 abstention. The declaration was backed by "We Continue the Change", "BSP for Bulgaria" and "Democratic Bulgaria".
