"Only traffic through Troyan-Karnare pass has been temporarily stopped for lorries because of snow. Generally, there is no problem at this time, given the little amount of snow, we do not expect any problem. The contracts are concluded, there are no problems in this respect. The funding for winter road maintenance are linked to the weather conditions - that is, the harsher the winter, the more expensive the roads cleaning will be. It is linked to the actual amount of work done," the minister said.
