Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev on July 1 handed the first mandate to seek to form a government to GERB-UDF.
GERB-UDF leader Boyko Borissov announced that they nominate Rosen Zhelyazkov as prime minister-designate. Zhelyazkov said he returns the mandate fulfilled and read out the proposed structure and composition of the cabinet.
