Bulgaria remains consistent and will continue to express its full support for the people of Ukraine, its independence and will actively participate in the process of its reconstruction, Bulgaria’s caretaker Prime Minister, Dimitar Glavchev, said at a meeting with Ukraine's Ambassador, Olesya Ilashchuk, and Germany's Ambassador, Irene Maria Plank on April 29.
The caretaker Prime Minister received an invitation to participate in the Conference on the Reconstruction of Ukraine, which will be held in early June this year in Berlin.
Dimitar Glavchev stressed that Bulgaria remains fully committed to assisting Ukraine in a number of sectors and this is a clear expression of our solidarity with the people and government of Ukraine.
Bulgaria is ready to actively assist Ukraine in its reconstruction, reform and modernization process after the end of the Russian aggression.
The main objective of the Conference in Berlin is to mobilise international support for the reconstruction, reform and modernisation of Ukraine.
