Caretaker Minister of Tourism Evtim Miloshev, Minister of Culture Naiden Todorov and the Ambassador of Bulgaria to Romania Radko Vlaykov opened the exhibition "Brand Bulgaria - a country of wonders", organised by the Cultural Heritage Society in the building of the Bulgarian Embassy in Bucharest, and the exhibition "Bulgaria from a bird's eye view" of the State Cultural Institute at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This is part of the initiative to promote Bulgaria during the four seasons.
A total of 897,000 Romanian tourists visited Bulgaria from January to July 2024. Two weeks ago eleven Romanian journalists and bloggers visited the Valley of the Thracian Kings, Kazanlak, Pavel Banya, Koprivshtitsa, Plovdiv, Bachkovo Monastery, Pamporovo, Krastova Gora (Forest of the Cross) and Stara Zagora.

The organised trip is part of a joint project of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Office of Trade and Economic Affairs - Bucharest and is for promotional and educational purposes to enhance the popularity of our country on the Romanian market.
Especially for the opening of the exhibitions, the Embassy building was illuminated in the colours of the Bulgarian flag.
