According to President Rumen Radev, it is too early to predict whether the 50th Parliament will be able to form a government.
The head of state did not give a specific answer on who will be the head of the Bulgarian delegation at the NATO summit in Washington and what will be the Bulgarian position there.
"There is a position that has been worked out in the Council of Ministers, adopted by the Council of Ministers and only after it was adopted it was forwarded to me," he said laconically.
