Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 619 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 619 from 5,360 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on October 27.

The total lab-confirmed cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,276,765.

The active cases are 9,891.

Of the total, 710 patients are in hospitals, 56 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

• 601 recoveries;

• 1,254 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

• 6 Covid-19 related deaths.

Of the daily cases, 58,16% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 83,33% had not been vaccinated.

There were 100 new hospitalisations, of which 68,00% had not been vaccinated.
