“I still remember how he blessed me at the beginning of my first presidential campaign. I will never forget his words that faith in the good should unite us and strengthen us as a nation," Bulgarian President Rumen Radev said on March 16 in response to a question about what he remembers from his meeting with Patriarch Neophyte.
