The National Assembly will meet in an extraordinary sitting next Tuesday, 21 May, at 13.00. This became clear at a Presidents’ Council held on May 17.
The reason - the update of pensions. One of the parliamentary coalitions submitted a request to convene an extraordinary sitting and a draft decision to oblige the Supervisory Board of the National Social Security Institute to support a decision to update pensions by 11%.
