Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 211 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 211 from 3,447 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on December 15.

The total lab-confirmed cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,289,685.

The active cases are 4,564.

Of the total, 377 patients are in hospitals, 35 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

• 220 recoveries;

• 397 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

• 4 Covid-19 related deaths.

Of the daily cases, 62,56% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 75,00% had not been vaccinated.

There were 47 new hospitalisations, of which 78,72% had not been vaccinated.
