Bulgaria’s caretaker Minister of Defence, Dimitar Stoyanov, on December 19 is on a visit to Ukraine, according to a Twitter post by his Ukrainian counterpart Oleksii Reznikov.
Reznikov wrote that he was honoured to welcome Dimitar Stoyanov and expressed his gratitude for the support provided to Ukraine in the area of security.
