President Rumen Radev will hand the government-forming mandate to the Prime Minister-designate nominated by the second-largest parliamentary group in the 48th National Assembly, that of “We Continue the Change”, on January 3, 2023, Tuesday, at 11.00 o`clock, the head of State’s Press Secretariat said on December 29.
