Konstantin Bojanov's "Shameless" is part of the selection at the Cannes Film Festival. It will be screened at the 77th edition of the festival as part of the Un Certain Regard competition programme.
The film is a co-production between France, Switzerland and Bulgaria. The Bulgarian producer is Rositsa Valkanova and the composer of the film music is Petar Dundakov. "Shameless” was shot in Nepal and India and tells the story of forbidden love between two girls in a patriarchal country.

"The Apprentice", in which Maria Bakalova plays Ivana Trump, is among the films competing for the "Palme d'Or".
The festival starts on May 14.
