In an extraordinary agenda item, lawmakers voted - with 145 votes in favour - to mandate the caretaker government to state Bulgaria's position at the March 19-20 European Council on the need to temporarily suspend the European Union Emissions Trading System (EU ETS)
The government press office told BNT on March 18 that the country’s position is the same as that of previous governments and remains unchanged, without specifying what that position is.
