Ina Assa is the chief stylist of the Bulgarian National Television (BNT) and for the recent 9 years has been responsible for the presenters’ attire. Initially, she worked only with the shows from the Programming department, but as of February 2021 has been responsible for the clothing of the news anchors from the evening news broadcast, as well as all news casts, current affairs programmes and sports shows of the public service broadcaster.
Ina graduated from the oldest fashion school in Europe - "ESMOD International“ in Paris. That is where she started her career, which could be described as a fairy tale. Her talent and innate feeling for style brought her to the studios of fashion geniuses like Paco Rabanne, Givenchy, Elie Saab, Francesco Smalto and Sidonie Larizzi. She has created clothing for men, accessories and shoes for royal special occasions, as well as for the ballet dancers of the Crazy Horse cabaret and Valentin Yudashkin. She is the daughter of the prominent artist Greddy Assa, whose paintings come to life on the silk scarves she creates.
Her talent in fashion has not gone unnoticed by the viewers of BNT, neither by Grazia’s experts, who nominated her as “Woman of the Year” in the “Design” category. Her charming smile, flowing curls and professionalism won the hearts of the voters and the fashion specialists, who resolutely chose her as the winner and “Woman of the Year 2021” in “Design”.
