Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva expressed her conviction that one of Bulgaria’s main priorities for a European perspective and connectivity of the Western Balkans will not end with the Bulgarian presidency, but will become a long-term policy for the next presidencies of Austria, Romania and Croatia.
On 13th of February, together with MPs, experts, diplomats and guests from Serbia and Macedonia, Zaharieva participated in a discussion on the future of the Western Balkans and the new EU enlargement strategy organized by the European Council for Foreign Policy in Sofia.
