Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev on September 9 sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, for those who died and suffered in a devastating fire at a hospital treating Covid-19 patients in the town of Tetovo.
"On my own behalf and on behalf of the Bulgarian people, I offer my deepest condolences to the families and relatives of the victims," said Rumen Radev. The President wished a speedy recovery to all injured.

Firefighters put out the blaze in 45 minutes. They said they suspect that oxygen cylinders used to treat coronavirus patients exploded.
