Bulgaria’s state-owned company Bulgargaz, will request the energy regulator to increase the price of natural gas by about 13% from December 1 or 106.96 per megawatt-hour, the company announced on October 12.
The calculation is based on today's quotes on international hubs, as forecasts for deliveries to European markets in December are priced at 86 euros per megawatt-hour.
On October 1, Bulgargaz requested and the regulator approved another increase in the the price of the natural gas by more than 36% to BGN 94.54 per megawatt-hour.
