The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 621 from 5,736 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on October 11.
The daily percentage of positive tests is at 10.8%
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 520,862.
The active cases are 50,406.
Of the total, 5,503 patients are in hospitals, 470 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 576 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 448,800
· 1,219 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 2,588,714
· 40 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 21,656
Of the daily cases, 83.41% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 95.00% had not been vaccinated.
There were 639 new hospitalisations, of which 89.30% had not been vaccinated.
*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination with 2 shots.
