The National Revenue Agency (NRA) has included the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) in the list of largest tax debtors because of unpaid taxes to the amount of over 62,000 BGN.
The tax authorities specified that this happened on May 7 this year. The black list of big debtors includes all those who owe more than 5,000 BGN in taxes. For private individuals, the information is not public, but is done through access to the NRA system. For the parties, however, the information is public.
BSP is not the only party on the list. It also includes “Ataka”, the Bulgarian Women's Party, Novoto Vreme, Bulgarian Social Democracy, BZNS, RZS and “People of the People”. "Ataka" party owes the largest amount - over 316,000 BGN.
BSP, however, is the only parliamentary party currently on the blacklist.
