Bulgaria’s traffic police have issued 14,000 tickets and 38000 acts for breaking traffic rules to drivers during a specialised operation at the end of July.
Maria Boteva from Traffic police said that the most frequent violations of traffic rules were improper driving manoeuvres, exceeding speed limits, incompliance with other limits, violating right-of-way, including of pedestrians.
