Monday evening anti-government protesters gathered for the 19th consecutive time at the so called Triangle of Power in the city center of Sofia. They marched in the main boulevards in the heart of the capital and blocked key crossroads to express their indignation and insist on the resignations of Borissov’s cabinet as well as demand the Prosecutor General Geshev to step down. Only ambulances were let to pass the blockade.

Another group rallied at the head office of the Bulgarian National Television demanding its Director General’s resignation.
A protesters’ committee of seven is to petition parliament, the Council of ministers and the Senior Judicial Council to take PM Boyko Borissov and Prosecutor General Ivan Geshev off their posts.
