Prime Minister Boyko Borisov has sent a telegram of condolences to to Ukrainian Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk following the incident with the fire at the Odessa College of Economics, Law and Hotel and Restaurant Business.
There has been one victim, dozens of injured and missing.
Prime Minister Borissov expresses his sincere condolences for the incident in Odessa.
"I would like to express my sympathyto the relatives of the missing persons and wish for a speedy recovery of the injured," Prime Minister Boyko Borissov wrote in the condolence telegram to the Ukrainian Prime Minister.
