Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev will dissolve Parliament and appoint a caretaker government on September 16, the press office of the Presidency announced on September 13.
At the weekend, Radev said that the early parliamentary elections and the first round of the Presidential elections would be held on November 14.
Radev explained that “two-in-one” elections would save treasury costs and voters’ time.
