For a second year in a row, women with successful careers in European high-tech companies gather at a special forum in the capital Sofia to discuss the future of women leaders in the digital age. At the conference it became clear that Bulgaria is a leader in the European Union in the number of women employed in the sector of information and communication technologies.
"Let's change the paradigm that we live in a world led by men, so that women and men have the freedom and the environment to develop together. The world we are moving towards requires a lot of engineering, digital talent, so more women in this industry will help to create these systems of the future," said Sasha Bezuhanova, Bulgarian Centre for Women in Technology.
