Bulgaria will deploy further 300 military to strengthen the security at the southern border, Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said on 11th of April.
The Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and the Minister of Defence Nikolai Nenchev decided to send more military to the border because of increased migration pressure. It is yet to be decided where exactly the personnel would be deployed.
Borissov said that every day the Bulgarian authorities detain between 90 and 100 migrants at the border with Serbia.
