On 28th of April, the Bulgarian Parliament adopted at second reading the amendments to the Law on Black Sea coast spatial development the Bulgarian Parliament to cancel the ban on camping and parking in Zone A of the Black Sea coast. The canceling of the ban takes place two months after it was adopted.
Zone A covers the part of the water area of the Black Sea, the coastal strip and part of the territory in a strip of 100 m width outside the territories of the residential areas, measured horizontally from the borders of the sea shore or sea beaches.
On 28th of April, the Bulgarian MPs introduced a new text to the law, which allows camping outside the campgrounds categorized under the conditions and procedures set out in the Law on Tourism and the specific rules and normative provisions specified in other laws.
