Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev will hand over the mandate to form a government on July 30 at 5 pm, the head of state said in Pleven.
"I gave time to the parties. Constructive dialogue has been falling apart. In this situation, instead of dialogue, you hear attacks on caretaker ministers, who until recently were urged to remain in the regular cabinet.
"We are facing challenges that require having a government as soon as possible. It is time for the Bulgarians to find out who the candidate for Prime Minister is and what the real intentions of the winners in the elections are," Radev commented.
