The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 2,192 from 22,276 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on September 22.
The daily percentage of positive tests is at 9.8%.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 486,738.
The active cases are 40,832.
Of the total, 4,935 patients are in hospitals, 405 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 1, 030 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 425,682
· 10,071 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 2,481,276
· 58 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 20,224
