Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 320 new cases, positivity rate rises to 10,21%

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 320 from 3,135 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on June 24.

The test positivity rate has risen to 10.21%, compared to 8,7% on the previous day.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,169,474.

The active cases are 61,269.

Of the total, 298 patients are in hospitals, 28 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

• 481 recoveries;

• 393 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

• 3 Covid-19 related deaths.

Of the daily cases, 58,75% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 100,00% had not been vaccinated.

There were 32 new hospitalisations, of which 90,62% had not been vaccinated.
