Three hundred and twenty five (325) new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours from 5365 PCR tests, data on the national information system shows on July 22.
The latest cases were reported in the following districts: Blagoevgrad – 25; Bourgas – 5: Varna – 48; Veliko Turnovo – 12; Gabrovo – 5; Dobrich – 13; Kardzhali – 1; Kyustendil – 7; Lovech – 1; Pazardzhik -8; Pernik – 6; Pleven – 3; Plovdiv – 50; Razgrad – 1; Rousse – 3; Silistra – 1; Sliven – 5; Smolyan – 9; Sofia district – 8; Sofia city – 99; Stara Zagora – 7; Haskovo – 6; Yambol - 1.
The total-lab-confirmed cases in the country to date are at 9254.
The active cases are 4420.
316 people recovered over the past 24 hours. The total recoveries since the start of the epidemic are 4521.
Out of the total, 622 people are in hospitals, 31 of them in intensive care.
The deaths of patients with positive results for Covid-19 are 313, including 5 for the past 24 hours.
