The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 513 from 4,603 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on October 4.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 505,994.
The active cases are 45,853.
Of the total, 5,248 patients are in hospitals, 462 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 516 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 439,103
· 1,284 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 2,550,279
· 43 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 21,038
Of the daily cases, 87.52% had not been vaccinated.
There were 183 new hospitalisations, of which 87.43%) had not been vaccinated.
*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination with 2 shots.
