Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 57 new cases, positivity rate is at 0.7%

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 57 from 8,650 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on July 26.

The positivity rate is at 0.7%.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 423,686.

The active cases are 7,341.

Of the total, 716 patients are in hospitals, 77 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 6 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 398,151

· 1,998 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 1,968,095

· 1 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 18,194.

The daily cases on July 25 were 54.
