The newly confirmed coronavirus cases in Bulgaria are 86 out of 2,915 PCR tests, data published on the National Information Portal on September 20 shows.
The latest cases were reported in the following districts: Blagoevgrad - 11; Bourgas – 4; Varna – 19; Veliko Turnovo - 6; Vratsa – 1; Dobrich – 1; Kyustndil – 2; Lovech – 1; Montana – 5; Pazardzhik – 2; Pernik – 1; Pleven – 2; Plovdiv – 2; Razgrad – 1; Silsitra – 3; Sliven – 1; Smolyan - 1; Sofia district – 4; Sofia city – 12; Stara Zagora – 3; Targovishte – 2; Shoumen – 2.
The total lab-confirmed cases in the country since the start of the epidemic is 18,819.
The active cases are 4,506.
Of the total, 723 are in hospitals, 37 of them being in intensive care.
The recoveries over the past 24 hours are 48. The total recoveries are 13,558.
The medical professionals who tested positive for the virus are 1,050, including 2 new registered overnight: 1doctor and 1 nurse.
Two Covid-19 related deaths were reported in the past 24 hours. The total of fatalities rose to 755.
