Ninety five new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours from 3155PCR tests, data on the national information system shows on July 20.
The latest cases were reported in the following districts: Blagoevgrad – 9; Bourgas – 1: Varna – 2; Vidin – 1; Vratsa – 1; Gabrovo – 2;Kyustendil – 5; Pazardzhik -7; Plovdiv – 23; Razgrad – 1; Sliven – 1; Smolyan – 1; Sofia citty – 39; Stara Zagora – 1; Shoumen – 1.
The total-lab-confirmed cases in the country to date are at 8733.
The active cases are 4327.
25 people recovered over the past 24 hours. The total recoveries since the start of the epidemic are 4106.
Out of the total, 610 people are in hospitals, 34 of them in intensive care.
The medical professionals who tested positive for coronavirus are 567.
The deaths of patients with positive results for Covid-19 are 300.
One Covid-19 associated death was reported over the past 24 hours: a 56 year old woman with underlying health conditions, including heart disease and diabetes.
