A day after the big national protest, the situation on September 23 in the area of the "Triangle of Power" in Sofia is calm.
At around 21:00, the protesters threw eggs at the building of the Parliament. After that they marched to Orlov Most (Eagles’ Bridge).
The organisers from the "Poisonous Trio" distributed a plan for Bulgaria, which consisted of 5 points: to stop theft; change and fight for justice; invest in the future of generations and economic growth; quality and efficiency of state institutions.
Tonight, members of the “Justice for Everyone” initiative gathered to protest in front of the Palace of Courts. The leader of "Yes, Bulgaria" Hristo Ivanov, as well as representatives of "Boets" (Bulgaria United for One Goal) civic movement also joined the protest with a request for the resignation of the Chief Prosecutor, Ivan Geshev.
According to the protesters, Ivan Geshev violated the Constitution and showed a repressive style of governing. They also demanded a reform of the Prosecutor’s Office.
