79th day of protests against the government and the Chief Prosecutor. As on previous days, the protest began at 19:00 in the area of Independence Square, where traffic was blocked.
The demands remain unchanged - the resignation of the Prime Minister, the Chief Prosecutor, changes to the Constitution and the introduction of machine voting at elections.
The protesters marched to the Eagle Bridge and on the way stopped by the BNT building, where they applauded the co-chair of "Democratic Bulgaria" Hristo Ivanov after his participation in the BNT "Panorama" programme.
At around 21:30, the procession left for Sofia Municipality and the protesters threw eggs at the building.

Shortly before the start of the protest, the organisers from the "Poisonous Trio" gave a short press conference to the media. Once again, they asked for information on whether the Chief Prosecutor lives in House No. 5 in Boyana residence (government residential complex) and whether the place has been renovated with a public tender for nearly a quarter of a million BGN.
The trio presented documents collected under the law on access to public information. According to them, the public procurement has been compromised. They are also asking if the place has been renovated with a gym, pool table and Italian furniture.
