No protest actions by grain growers are expected in the centre of Sofia on September 19, the Ministry of Interior said.
After a meeting with the initiative committee of the protesting grain growers at the ministry, an agreement was reached on the free expression of civil position without disturbing public order and hindering the free movement of citizens.
In this regard, today, under the control of the Ministry of Interior, the agricultural machinery will be deployed in a designated place - in the area of Dolni Bogrov.
The farmers announced that on September 19 they are planning a protest at the entrance to Sofia. The machinery was expected to arrive at "Botevgradsko shose" street. Yesterday there were protests by producers across the country, blocking 45 important road points and border crossings.
