Commenting on the proposal to have Nikolay Denkov and Mariya Gabriel serve as prime ministers on a rotational basis, GERB leader, Boyko Borissov, said this is a responsibility and not a coalition.
"I was very clear, when I said that the negotiations are led by Mariya Gabriel. The person, who will be prime minister and deputy prime minister, must have the confidence, knowledge, skill and authority to conduct such negotiations". Borissov said in response to a question about the development of the cabinet negotiations.
He was adamant that the agreement would be concluded in front of the people because, in his words, for two years there has been chaos, misery, crime, smuggling, migration, inflation and impoverishment.
