Hot weather warning for dangerously high temperatures was issued on July 26 for this week in Bulgaria. The temperatures are forecast to reach 40 degrees per Celsius.
Daily temperatures in many places will rise to 38° tomorrow.
Code yellow alert is in force in many regions of Central and Western Bulgaria.
Hotter weather is expected during the weekend, when in some places temperatures will reach 42-43 degrees. The dry and hot weather in the coming days will create conditions for wild fires. The highest risk tomorrow is in the area of the Danube plain and the Upper Thracian lowland.
