An inspection assigned by the Supreme Administrative Prosecutor’s Office identified a number of violations. It checked the technical and quality requirements for liquid fuels.
A total of 243 sites were checked, including 239 petrol stations, one oil refinery and three tax warehouses.
As a result, 15 coercive administrative measures were imposed. 39,000 litres of fuel for diesel engines were recalled from distribution on the market, because it did not comply with the requirements for quality.
Sanctions to the amount of 180.000 BGN will be imposed.
