Long queues of TIR lorries built up at border crossings last night (November 13) because of a problem with the system for vehicle weighing and measuring. In Rousse, at Bulgaria’s border with Romania, the queue stretched to nearest town of Martin.
Since 19.00 last night, the customs officers work with a manually managed measuring which causes delays in the processing of the heavy goods vehicles.
The delays on November 14 continue as the customs officers process the documents of the lorries manually.
