More than 1,200 jobs will be created in the high-tech plant near the South Bulgarian city of Plovdiv.
The modern enterprise, which will make sensors and electric protective devices for the automotive and aircraft construction industries was opened on 8th of April.
Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said that the new factory was a proof for the improved investment climate in the country. 40,000,000 US dollars were invested in the construction of the new plant. This is the second production facility, which the American company opened in Bulgaria.
Such investments are key for reduction of unemployment and increase of economic growth, the PM said at the opening ceremony.
