The Parliament adopted at first reading the new cyber security draft law. It is an entirely new legal framework and is related to the fight against cyber attacks.

With the adoption of the draft, a comprehensive system of coordination between the institutions will be created. A set of rules for reporting the incidents affecting administrative authorities and digital service providers at national and EU level will be established as well.
The law aims to strenghten the relationship between the single customer and the business and to help the adoption of digital world products such as social media, e-learning and others.
