The small government plane with Prime Minister Boyko Borissov on board was landed manually on the runway at Sofia Airport, the Council of Ministers said on November 15.
The pilots took manual control of the landing because the navigation system failed. The system switched off and the pilots did not manage to restart it.
The aircraft was landed successfully. No one was injured.
The government plane will be stopped from flying until the causes of the failure are clarified, the director of the Air Force Squadron 28, Todor Kodzheikov said.
