On February 21, Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov holds a meeting with European Commission Vice-President Valdis Dombrovskis, who is responsible for the euro.
Last night, the EU leaders failed to reach an agreement on the Union’s multiannual financial framework for the next seven years.
After long negotiations throughout the night, the meeting continues today. State and government leaders held meetings in different formats, and held separate discussions with European Council President Charles Michel. Based on his discussions with them, he will make a new proposal for the financial framework, which would be discussed today.
