Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev starts consultations on the need for changes to the Constitution, the press office of the Head of State announced on December 16.
The first preparatory meeting of Rumen Radev will be held on December 17 with the Legal Affairs Council of the President and with representatives of the academic community, and on December 19 from 13.00 the Head of State will welcome representatives of non-governmental organizations and professional associations of magistrates.
