President Radev: Vicious system led this country to the deep crisis of today

A National strategy paper on the development of the country was presented Thursday at a meeting of the Presidential Startegic Council.

Participants got acquainted with the first part of the programme which reviews the social and economic problems in the country as a background to illustrate the reasons for the present problems.

President Rumen Radev spoke of the situation stressing upon the fact that this country sees a historical moment - when people name truths of their conquered country and declare their decisiveness to fight it back from the mafia. President Radev defined Borissov's style of government as "the authoritarian government of the decade".

Rumen Radev explained that the National strategy paper would be made public in three stages:
- analysing the condition of the state
- determining the reasons for it
- formulating strategic suggestions and conditions to be fulfilled.

"Our aim is to involve more Bulgarians in this country and abroad at any stage", said the President.
