At a special briefing Tuesday morning Sofia city police reviewed the situation in the capital on the 26th day of anti-government protests. There are no seriuos vilation of law and order.
Almost 60 people spent the night in protesters' camps: 25 - 30 people at Orlov most, 20 people at the University and 6 - in front of the Council of Ministers building.
In the early hours of today a woman was detained who had expressed verbal agression to protesters at one of the camps.
Three of the key intersections in the city remain blocked - at Orlov Most, at Sofia University and at the government headquarters.
Last night hundreds of people again gathered at the Triangle of Power and marched on their usual route across the city to the square of Orlov most.
Protesters raised some new demands. They insist before the city's Mayor that the central boulevard of "Tzar Osvoboditel" - from the Presidency to Orlov Most - be given the name of "Protestna". They also require renaming of the square at the University to "Mother Bulgaria" symbolizing the courage of mothers who have been fighting for rights to enable them take proper care for their handicapped children.
Major demonstrators' demands remain unchanged - resignation of Borissov's cabinet and of the Prosecutor-General.
